i been suck haven't trained since saturday............ all my gains are gonna go bye bye :( sorry im just sick and sad :(

don't sweat it man, shit happens, it's how you deal with it when the clouds clear. get back to it hard when your better and do your thing. just stay hungry, you'll be back on top. i feel your pain though.

I n any BBerlife you get sick on time or the other

and you don't see your gain "go" in just a few days

I was out for a week, with a flu-like thing.
Lost about 5lbs. I think it was water and fat though, because I actually look a little better..lol. After a week or two, you should bounce back weight wise though.

It also made me come to the conclusion that at 12.8% bf, I should cut for about 6wks.

When you get back in the gym you gain like crazy until you reach where you were before you got sick.

If you wanna get well faster sleep 22 hours a day :D

Just got back from a week and a half off cause I was sort of sick (medical issues). Holy Jeeeesus did I lose some strength! Kinda pissed how fast I wore out.

While I was off i didn't/couldn't eat much and I suspect that that has alot to do with it too.

Prior to "going down for the count" I was benching up to 300lbs. Now I was lucky to not kill myself at 240.

Now I'm out of town all of next week and I'll have some twinkie hotel closet with a stairmaster for a gym. So really I'm gonna be off for 2.5 weeks with only a day or two that I can excersise (today, tomorrow, and Sun.)

It'll take me forever to get back up to 300 again it seems.

Time off for any (unplanned) reason S U C K S ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

....then you have a tendonitis and have to stop again :D

Don't let it get to you...its part of life. I know how you feel, and I know it can be frustrating...but, don't forget that stress directly affects the immune system. So, if you want to get better, relax and take care of yourself! God Bless, and good luck!
