Being on all year..

Does anyone have stories about guys who have never cycled off gear having permanent problems now with natural testosterone recovery?

Do you think this was the result of insane dosages for long periods of time or just simply having one's natural T inhibited for so long?

Andy

I would say the latter....the time natural T was inhibited....I don't think the body can truly decipher what is"insane" dosages...and once it has been suppressed I think the amount of test taken can pretty much be thrown out of the window....

That's what I thought.. Although some guys would say that some Joe BBer is having problems now because he use 1g + per week for 20 years or something..

No experience

But Louie Simmons speaks highly of staying on all the time and he has good results. Don't know or want to know much about his testicles though. However he must have a set of them to climb under some of the weights he lifts.

Oh I certainly agree that he has some great gains being on all year..

But eventually, I'd like to live the life of a normal, testosterone producing man...

Yes

I know that, that's why I did not say I reccomended it. However it does work for some people for quite extended periods, so we should try and find out how and why. I have a few ideas I'd like to run by Louie Simmons.

MY point is that he is in his fifties and still healthy and strong. Maybe there are some things we could learn from him. I suspect the key may be low doses for most of the time. At least if you have made the decision to stay on.

Like I said I don't know if this is a good idea or not, but there are certainly some who have done it. And if you are interested in it, you must ask them what the effects are.

Now this is the kind of question I am currently researching as I'm planning on a year cycle. Don't say OMG........lol.....it's done more than people think. During the cycle Clomid, HCG, Nolv, are alternately rotated in & out of the cycle at certain times.........when I have all the details fully researched & typed out in a methodical plan.....I'll post what I'm going to do. If anybody else on this board has done that or read info by Bill Roberts on this topic........please let me know.......
Thanks

Interesting thread guys.

Poo,
Isn't prolong use bad for the liver?

That would depend very much on the rpoduct you chose. The orals are typically hardest on the liver.

I want to stay on for a year or two also.

The reason being I compete and I want to stop competing in about 2 years and start a family with my fiance.

I am not affraid of liver toxicity or anything like that.

The only thing stopping me is the fear of disrupting my hpta for life and the fear of not being able to have kids.

I want to find studies proving its possible to restore the HPTA after it being suppressed for a long period of time.

Well i will let you know in a couple of months :-)

i am not coming off anymore
maybe a bridge of anavar with some clomid and hcg

but coming off, no thank you i will have another (cycle that is)

Drexx, not to sound like a doomsayer or anything, but if your real concerned goto a fertility clinic and have some sperm frozen now so in the event of permanent damage, you can still have a family. Better safe than sorry ya know.

Well, I have been on now for over a year, and I really don't see myself coming off anytime soon. When the liver values start to get high, I bridge with anavar or primo for 4-6, then its back on again....hard.

The one thing I have noticed is a decreased sex drive. I hit the clomid hard when I am bridging, and it seems to bring it back, but when I am on heavy, my sex drive is shit. Even on a gram. My girlfriend is starting to get pissed, and saying a.s are fucking things up.

Drexx,
I have the same dilema. I'm getting engaged in a few weeks. hopefully married in 2years and and kids a year later. I would love to stay on all year round. However, having kids without a question on my mind is the most important thing!!!

Zyg-- good idea!! What do I tell them at the clinic. I'm on AS and I need my sperm frozen or make something up??
What would you say??

jrodssb, you really dont need to tell them anything. Just tell them you want to have some for precautionary measures in case something should happen to you. They dont care as long as they get paid.

J-Ro, of course it would. Your body monitors levels and adjust its own output accordingly. adding anything externally will effect HPTA, but small doses to a smaller degree. Of course I am not referring to the few products that dont effect hpta.

Damn Zyg, you beat me to it. Sounds like an almost fool-proof plan. Getting some of your best swimmers frozen should also take a fair bit of stress off about eventually coming off AS and getting the ol' hpta up and running again.
