Being a real person is weird

So I graduated at PSU and am now working in the DC metro area for a major consulting company. Its freaking weird having an actual job instead of just being a college student. Any advice?

Bro you're the only one who is real here. George, Rick, and Frank have created all of these characters you see here and move us around like chest pieces.

your best years are over

welcome to the every day grind

life can still be fun, but a contained fun (aka gay)

unless you have a bunch of money and then go on a drug binge, then it's fun till you're broke and homeless

if anyone can help me out with a diet targeting fat loss/ease of cooking that would be terrific as i'm struggling

visit diet and lifting section maybe?

lol @ thread title! dude there is no real or fake people, there is no "real life" or "college life" or that whole "welcome to reality" thing, its all perspective. best way make anything work for you is work with all the advantages it brings with it(there are always advantages to every situation). step two is not to stress over trivial crap people stress about everyday, things will get done, things are born/created, things die/get destroyed, friend come and go, some will stay, blah, blah, blah, no need to prove anything to anybody really as i've only recently discovered, so tame the ego. egos are exhausting.

ebonycurves advises you go with the natural flow baby.:)

it's awesome. I'm from pittsburgh and there is so much more stuff here to do. Traffic isn't too bad and there is tons of good places to eat. Pretty awesome

lol, you crazy? Traffic here is the worst of anywhere I've ever been. The only blessing to working looooong ass hours for me is missing rush "three hours" on both ends.

You must live in the city or somehow manage to commute against traffic.

I do agree that there's lots of great foodie places, though.

lol, hi neighbor. I live in crystal city too.

But yeah, figured something like that. You are heading away from the city as soon as you pass the exit for the 14th st. bridge, so you miss most of the insanity.

big mac's eaten at a 45 degree angle while holding an umbrella over your head is the best way to get abs.
But please do not tell anyone my secret.
