Hi
Im going to do a test cyp cycle and would like some advice off the pros. I'm 31 my height is 6,3 and I weigh 15.5 stone I have an athletic muscular physique but I'm naturally very skinny. I train 4 times a week and have a good diet I eat 5 solid meals a day and 2 protein shakes and all my meals contain high protein content and carbs. I have been reading up about doing a starter cycle and I want to make sure I am doing everything 100% correct before even thinking about pinning. I have read that a dose as low as 250mg would yield good results for a first cycle and was wondering what peoples thoughts are on this? I also work for the council so don't want to be showing to many sides incase I arouse suspicion as I am already quite a big guy. Also would like advice on my pct as I don't want the cycle to be a waste. I appreciate all the feedback I will get and I'm open to constructive criticism as it will help me learn.
