Beginners first cycle advice

Hi

Im going to do a test cyp cycle and would like some advice off the pros. I'm 31 my height is 6,3 and I weigh 15.5 stone I have an athletic muscular physique but I'm naturally very skinny. I train 4 times a week and have a good diet I eat 5 solid meals a day and 2 protein shakes and all my meals contain high protein content and carbs. I have been reading up about doing a starter cycle and I want to make sure I am doing everything 100% correct before even thinking about pinning. I have read that a dose as low as 250mg would yield good results for a first cycle and was wondering what peoples thoughts are on this? I also work for the council so don't want to be showing to many sides incase I arouse suspicion as I am already quite a big guy. Also would like advice on my pct as I don't want the cycle to be a waste. I appreciate all the feedback I will get and I'm open to constructive criticism as it will help me learn.

250mg will yield good results, but 500mg would yield better ones.

I have a friend like you. Kills it at the gym, diet is spot on, but no matter what he does he can't pack on size. He isn't "skinny", but it's buff. Remember, that Test will put size on you, but once you come off.. will your genetics hold the mass? Here is a cycle for you

1-12 Test C, 500mg/week
1-4 D-Bol, 20mg/day
1-14 Aromasin, 12.5mg/eod
10-14 HCG, 1000iu/week

15-18 Clomid, 50/50/25/25
15-20 Aromasin, 12.5mg/eod
15-20 HCGenerate, or Test Stack. No 17, or Phytoserms: 347
15-20 Unleashed
15-20 DAA

Then continue on the Test Boosters until you feel perfect.

Agree ... but I would suggest 350mg/wk on the first cycle to test tolerance first and see how the body reacts.
 
both will yield gains since its your first cycle.500 will yield more gains but you by no means need to do 500 to grow on your 1st cycle.
 
Dbol and test is a sweet 1st cycle.. nothing has come close to making me feel so good..

I would run your first test cycle at 350mg/week for 10-12 weeks. Use liquidex AI on cycle for estrogen control.

I agree that you should keep the doses lower for your first cycle.

Thank you everyone for your replies and advice I'm taking it all in. I think I'm going to go 350 for 12 weeks with the test c as this seems to be the most common suggestion. Also I have some t-bol could I use this for the first 4 weeks instead of d-bol? I already have some Clomid for pct but someone suggested the liquid form and I only have tablets would these be sufficient or do I need to get the liquid form?
