Hey i'm new to the forum, I just joined yesterday. I've been researching steroids for 4 or 5 motnhs now. I know this is probably a common question, but what would be best for me to start out on. I wanted to ask people with experience instead of just going by whats written on sites. I have found a source yet, but hopefully soon I will. thanks for your time.
 
well first off, what are your stats and training history? if you are truly ready to take the plunge 250-500mg test for 10wks is common for a first cycle.

run some test e for 10 weeks. make sure ur pct is on point as well as ur diet work out and sleep

you have to sleep and eat like crazy in order to grow.

agree...run test E or test cyp for a first cycle...
i will be starting mine soon:) use nolva and clomid for PCT

Before you choose a cycle, be sure to ask yourself if you meet the requirements. Are you in your 20's at least? Have you hit a dead end in your growth? Are you training hard enough? Are you eating enough? Are you resting enough?

IMO, You've only been training a year now and should maybe hold off of juice. You still have a couple more yrs of good natural growth you can achieve. If you have hit a road block and arent making gains, try changing your routine around. Also, change your food habits around as well. You would be amazed how much the body will react if you make some minor changes in training and eating. Your body will hit a dead end for sure if you have been doing the same thing over and over for the past yr.

But if you can, give more details as to what your routine is like and exactly what your diet is as well. Juice isnt just an easy fix. It wont work at all unless you have all the bases covered.
 
well alot of people on here are gonna tell you to not start until your older but as someone who did the same as your doing and started early im sure you dont wanna hear it lol.. my first cycle was.. 500 mg test ent a week... 400 mg deca.. and 40 mg dbol for the first 4 weeks, i had great gains and barely any sides. and of course make sure you research on here about training and how to eat the right way. the juice will be 100 times better if you do everytihng your supposed to with it... good luck man be safe
