Hi everyone, i'm doing exercise since january 2003, but with no program

174 lbs
5,7
31 years old


now i'm tried
milk Thistle 2 - 3 a day since 1 week
Creatine Effervescent (ISS) 1 a day (since 1 week - before Phosphagen)
Mega Men (vitamins) 2 a day since 1 week
eat 2 - 3 times a day but with no diet plan


i discontinued Xenadrine becouse i dont saw results


but i have a problem with fat in my stomach, and i buy ripping gel, (since 3 days)

i apreciate if someone could send me a exercise program and a diet, I NEED HELP !!!!
 
Too be honest

Even the best and right combo of drugs/supplements might increase strength 5-10% at the very best and only at the start of working out. Its hard to to find what the best combination of exercises is for each individual but your at the right place. Im always trying to pick up new stuff and love this message board.
 
ok if your only eating 2-3 times a day, thats not often enough, on a good day lately im eating 7-8 times. as far as supplements go, creatine is ok, but i think the multivitamin is all you really need to supplement with, and the ripping gel, dont buy any more. how many days per week can you train, what kind of equipment/facilities do you have access to?
