Hello people i just thought i would pop in and say hello and introduce myself... Im gonna be around these forums alot... I used to be all about building muscle and now after laying off of everything for a year and being lazy and eating shitty i've decided i wanted to be in optimal health and run and swim and bike, basically anything healthy with my heart.... Im very excited to see after a year how much better shape i will be in... I am 25 ... 6'4" 235 lbs and probably 22 percent BF and very outta shape..... My goal in 3 months is to be down to 220 and around 13-14 BF.... Don't know if this is realistic or not but im gonna be runnin the miles on the treadmill to start my life of full and cardiovascular health!!!!! Let me just allow you to know how out of shape i am.... Tonight i went to the gym and ran on the treadmill for about 35 minutes total.... Let me stress to you though i was jogging at about 5 mph for about 5 minutes and then walkin for 5 minutes...... THAT is how outta shape i am..... Anyways i just thought i'd drop by and introduce myself... I would love to hear any comments or suggestions.... take care.... I will post pictures soon ....... Before and after.......
