Hmmm.....I guess that discredits the serum a little.
Better off with the monohydrate guys, but whever you do, don't spend big bucks on a creatine powder with the absorption/transport medium already added - its not worth the expense.
Get the pure monohydrate and try my suggestion above - I sure you will be pleased with the results.
Just out of curiosity, what doses are you guys using?
I tried a 20g loading week followed by two 10g maintenance weeks and blew myself away. I wouldn't have wanted to do any more, but at the same time, wouldn't do anything less!
