beginner, have d-bol, need help

Are you genetically skinny or do you tend to store fat? If you're skinny go with test(pick one) about 200mgs/wk-since the extra water retention from the test probably won't bloat you much more than the dbol already will. If you tend to store fat, try deca or eq 200 mgs/wk along w/ the dbol so hopefully you'll look less puffy.

Don't worry about the injections-it's not too difficult. Although it may take some practice hitting your own glute with your weak hand. 21 or 22 gauge needle, 1.5 inch, 3cc should hit your booty nicely. Drop your drawers and open your pores.

Somebody post a by the numbers injection procedure for this poor bastard plz.
 
i kinda store a little fat around my lower abs. i will probably get some deca. have to see if i can get it from my same source as the d-bol. im sure the first few injections will be sketchy, but im not gonna let that stop me! i will check posts for how to inject. so i would just inject once a week for like ten weeks around 200 a week? just for some background, i have been lifting for about 2 yrs and i train hard. seems like i have lots of natural strength in my lower body (squat 405, deadlift 455) but i suck at bench!! i dont do any cardio. i did 2 cycles of prohormones when they were still available. i just know to get where i want to go i have to take the next step and i feel i have a foundation and im ready mentally. i have done quite a bit of research, i just ask questions here for reassurance mostly. i really appreciate the responses.

You'll be fine. Don't worry about bench press, still do it(and incline) of course, but it's way too overated as an overall measure of strength. Besides, when's the last time you heard a girl say I only fuck guys that bench 350+? :p Unless you're a powerlifter or cagefighter just let the mirror be your primary gauge of progress. Your clothes fitting tighter in the right places says you're on the right track. Good luck.
 
i think when i get everything i need and get squared away i will post on here daily as i do my cycle to get some feedback since im doing this on my own and none of my gym partners know what im doing. my overall goal at this stage is to be approx. 205lbs and maintain my current vascularity and bf level. but i dont exactly expect this with my first cycle. im sure it wont be my only cycle.
