Beginner Gains

You mean, like, if you're cutting? Probably not THAT much....

Part of beginner gains is from being so deconditioned. You can do that again; just take 2-3 weeks off.

Another part is something about some kinda of myonuclear ratio... I really don't remember. Basically the closer you are to your genetic limit the harder it gets, with it being really easy when you start out.
