Beginner Cycle

I was wondering if I could get some advise from the pros on here. Here are my stats.
Age: 27
Height: 5'6
Weight: 154 lbs
Ok so I put my BF % on here for the record I bought the scale at the mall (18.7) and that is what it says. Back in high school I was on the wrestling team and we got our BF checked and it was 11% and I look skinny if you saw me so based on these comments Im getting I am assuming that the scale is wayy off ..

Ok so I have been working out since high school (I used to wrestle). Since I graduated college, and got a job I stopped working out for about four months . But I have been back at since February. I have been running two to three times a week after I work out, and working out 4 days a week (Back at school I did a very small one of 150 mgs per week of Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - Durabolin for 6 weeks) I was wondering if I could get some expert advise as to a good beginner cycle. Your help is much appreciated. I m going to post a picture so you guys can see that this scale can not be right.

The best cycle you could get on:

Milk: 1 gallon a day
Eggs: 1 dozen every 2 days
Chicken: 16oz a day
Red Meat: 16oz a day
Oats: 2 cups a day in the AM
Water: 1.5 gallons a day

Do this cycle till your 185 @ 10%. You olny have 125 pounds of muscle and you want to do steroids..... Come on.
 
If your body fat reading is from one of those scales, throw it out the window right now. Are you comfortable throwing a pic up on here? I find it hard to believe at 154 pounds you are 19% body fat.

Thats what the scale says I bought it at the mall. I think is way off cause I have always been athletic Im just going by what it says ..

if u have been working out since high school and u still have them stats .. then u not eating right improve your diet.. then think about roids

If you can see all of your abs then you are probably closer to 12%. I would honestly up those calories to 4000 per day and keep running if you like. Write down everything you eat in a day for six months. Get your body fat tested with at least the body fat calipers. Follow one of the 5x5 routines on the weightlifting forum and get all of those core lifts up.

Actually find a monday tuesday thursday friday routine based around 5x5 that you like. If you are in a calorie surplus and busting your ass you can put on a pound a week. Some fat, mostly muscle. In six months you could absolutely be 25 pounds heavier. Have your BF% tested again and then think about a cycle. If you put on 25 pounds and maintain the same BF% or if it goes down slightly, that is an effort that no one could argue with. Shit even if your bf% goes up 1 or 2% you will have done really well.

Then run a light cycle of testosterone enanthate at 250mg per week for 10-12 weeks. But still busting your ass and eating 4000 cals per day.

you really think he could get down to 10% drinking a gallon of milk a day?

Does it really matter what his BF% is at this point...he weighs 154lbs....thats a joke even by the A A S board standards. Simply eating more and working out with a GOOD PROGRAM will do loads more for him.

I hopped on one of those and it said I was 24% - I'm not shitting you. Granted, I was not at my leanest but I was at least as lean as I am in my avatar.
 
Well he is only 5'6. So 154 isn't that bad. He could use a good gainer though. But 200lbs is pretty plump for 5'6.

2 cups dry measured or 2 cups cooked oats??

Have you ever drank a gallon of milk in a day?? I did only once and couldnt move off of the toilet for 3 days!!! much more came out than went in!!!

I'm sorry to ask a dumbass newbee question that I should know by now, but how do you extract an egg white from an egg?? I poked holes in the eggshell and all kinds of other stuff, ended up eating the entire thing. Also, do you usually cook it or eat it raw?? I ate them raw once and it made me sick as hell!!!

Well, I allwas crack the egg over my hand.. And use my hand kinda like strainer to catch the yoke.. Then toss the yoke... Works for me :p

Crack the egg and pore the yock from 1 halve to the other about 3 times and it
will seperate .

If this is a serious question: I don't "eat" them ever - I mix then dry in a shake.


If not serious: I like to follow the Jkurz model when dieting. If I am eating oats and it is not leg day I will measure them cooked. On leg day I measure them dry, and make sure I eat 13 almonds w/ the oats. (obviously you would eat 11 on a non leg day).

lol Believe it or not, it was serious. Ive been eating a cup dry measured everyday, and it's everything in my power to eat them all. I couldnt imagine eating two cups!!

focus entirely on your fucking diet and workouts,and quit looking for a 'quick fix'.

steroids aren't a magic substance that will just automatically give you that chiseled muscular look,that takes time,dedication,consistency and hard work.

you definitely need to increase your protein and caloric intake.
train heavy as hell but with clean form,and get enough rest.
do that for 2 years until you pass 200lbs naturally,educate yourself on proper steroid cycles and post cycle therapy then and only then should you even think about doing gear.

That is a great post. I agree 100%. I linked this thread on the Weightlifting board and caught a little flack. I should have just written what you did. Steroids are the final piece of the puzzel.

All the UG's should ask for stats prior to shipping gear......

ERM, I am almost 5'4, 143 lbs and about 16% bodyfat right now.

AND I am a nattie female mesomorph.

I think you would expand and contract without putting on some more muscle hun, I have seen it time and time again
