beginner cycle

hey i have a question!
what is the best beginner cycle
i have been working out for about 5 yrs have tryed dbol for 4 weeks and cytomel for 6 weeks combined i felt great on that but am worried about liver toxicity i did that about 6 months ago and havent lost any gains

i was thinking of getting sustanon 250 1 shot every 6 days for 8 weeks
i shot of winnie every 6 days for 8 weeks
novladex starting in week 4
and finish off with clomid for 3 weeks
i was thinking of adding cytomel to it as well so i dont get too bloated
i am looking for mostly better work outs and alittle extra lean muscle mass

am i in the right direction?

my diet would include 6-10 meals a day
(very small meals)
including 8 servings of 20 gram per serving whey protein (3 in morning 3 after work out and 2 other mixed during the day)

egg whites in morning plus soem carbs cereal or fruit

sandwhich at lunch plus creatine/ with gatorade or water

dinner some sort of beef and potatoe no butter but id use fat free gravy its like 20 calories a serving

also id take multi vitamin
2 grams of arginine
2 servings of ripped fuel
melatonin b4 bed
a liver vitamin
vitamin c e and calcium

plus 6 oxo


is this a good start?

i am 6 ft weigh 245
34 inch waist
body is pretty muscular except for luv handles (i do have 4 abbs showing i know ineed to lose weight)


and id work out day 1 chest and tri.s
day 2 back and bis
day 3 shoulders
day 4 squats and calf raises
day 5 off
day 6 do day one again

also i do cardio 4 times aweek i try to do any where beteween 20 -45 minutes

please let me know if i am ok or i should change?

Well, I am not sure your occupation will help design this at all :o :p
(unless you want to help someone on how to "maximize" their tax return this coming year ;) :D)
 
also i am not too woried about side efeccts excpet for hair loss which i believe would be impossibel bc i have a fn mop on my head and id liek my dick to get up reasonably
i mean if at the end i am a little weak there i can live with that
 
First off: You will NEED to take the Winstrol more than every 6 days (it is in and out of your body ALOT faster than that...)
Also your Nolva use is troublesome (There is no reason to use it like that, imo)

And that's enough cycle designing from me for the day :D
 
you can choose some cycle...
sus-deca
sus-winny
dbol-deca
Nolva during the cycle...Clomid/HCG for PCT
Also,I wouldn't use T3 anyway...
