begining cycle of drca 300 what is the best dosage to take each week?

I just got some deca 300 from QV and i was wondering what the best weekly dose would be and for how many weeks?

400-600 a week 12 weeks no less. then pct a week after the last shot.

i did it one week after and retained all 22lbs that i gained, however, i did continue to get strong for 4 weeks after i came off, so maybe that is a better idea
