Before the Winny

I dont plan on taking the winny for a good couple of months. ive been taking creatine w/hmb and it hasnt done very much if anything at all. Whats the best stacked supplement to take out there that will give me some lean muscle with lesser bulk?
 
whey protein...
good diet.... high protein low carb(5-6 meals a day)
muti vits
cardo 30 mins right after u get up (walk 3.5mph)

also cretine=water retention meaning after you stop taking it you will "shrink"


this will help you lean out and gain some muslce
 
Here's what I would suggest for a natural supplementation to begin with: Protein, Creatine(taking with high glycemic index carbs), Tribulus(email me for a good source as they vary alot), multi vitamin. If you take those things correctly and work your ass off in the gym, you will grow. If you don't, YOU are doing something wrong.
