I have just started a 12 week program used by US Special Forces. I am not on any stacks atm, nor do I plan to start until this is over. Just wanted to know if its cool to post my weekly progress here so I can get some good critiques out of you guys. Thanks in advance. Be warned my first pics are not pretty at all my stats right now are 5'9'', 185lbs,and about 20% B.F.
