Whats goin on guys?

I am about to start my first cycle:

test e 250mg every monday 1-10
winny 50mg ED 6-10
Lipoflame as directed on bottle 1-4/6-10
ECA 4-6

I was wondering if anyone had any before and after pictures taking the same cycle. Looking for some motivation/expectations to go off of.

Well nothing is goin to work unless your diet is on point and u have been training for a long time,and train the right way.stats again??
 
Cycle looks good considering its your first. low dose, moderate duration, only 2 compounds. If your diet is on point, you should get nice and lean on that cycle. If you post your stats (age, weight, height, bf%, diet, training, etc) we can better assist you bro.
 
once a week is fine unless you are using prop. Good to see you are doing a low dose cycle first, you can good great results with that small cycle if your diet and training is good. Like others said you may need to go a little stronger with your pct, but nothing crazy.
I also wouldnt be concerned at all with ancillaries unless your test dose was higher, also winny will combat some things anyway. But you may want to have some adex or something else on hand just in case, but Im pretty sure you wont need it
 
i would still split ur inject to twice a week. if it was prop u would have to inj every other day for stability. test e=twice/wk. and ur eca stack for week 4-6 doesn't make sense. put it at the end of ur cycle would do better.

Write down what you want your stats to be @ the end of the cycle. Keep it somewhere where you see it EVERY DAY, like Apollo did with the picture of Rocky in Rocky II. That's motivation...

And in my effort to beat a dead horse; what are your stats, diet, training, supps

Stats:
22 years old
5'10
205 (last week may be off a few now)
3 PH cycles in the past
over the last 3 years i have gone from about 170 to 225 torn my shoulder apart 8 months ago dropped down to 185 now within the last 2-3 months brought my weight back to 205 (katandrol cycled in for 4 weeks)..looking to sit around 215-220

Diet:
Right now i am averaging about 3500 cals a day 300g protein fats i try to keep below 20g a day carbs i have slowly been cutting out all the bad ones..right now only source would be fruits veggies brown rice and wheat bread..cut out the pasta and other BS. 5 meals a day split every 3 hours..snacks usually protein shake or peanut butter on a slice of wheat bread or a piece of fruit
 
example of diet from yesterday:

830am: cup of oatmeal, slice of wheat bread with tsp of peanut butter, banana, cup of coffee

1130am: 2 TBS of peanut butter 2 slices of wheat bread, apple

1pm-2pm: workout

215: protien shake 66g of protien mixed with water

3pm: small bowl of homemade chicken soup, 97% lean beef with snowpeas and brown rice

530pm: glass of milk and banana

630pm: same as 3pm meal

9pm: tbs of peanut butter slice of wheat bread

1030: protien shake 42g protien mixed with milk

1.5+ gallons of water/day

straight arm(not sure the real name) 4 sets

wednesday=shoulders
military press 4 sets
lateral raises 4 sets
side raises 4 sets
uprigght row 4 sets
(reverse pec deck dep. on how im feeling)
shrugs 4 sets

thrsday=legs
squats 3 sets 25,20,15
leg curls 3 sets 25,20,15
hammy curls 25,20,15
calf raises 25,20,15,fail
box jumps/jump rope to end it

friday= Bi/Tri/Foreamrs

iso curls 4 sets
hammer curls 4 sets
preacher curl 4 sets
2 forearm workouts both for 3 sets each set until fail
close grip bench 4 sets
skullcrusher 4 sets
kickback 4 sets

Rotate 30 minutes of cardio and ABS every day
Rest on weekends

personally, I would wake up at 530-6am and drink 20g whey/low or no carb. and at your 830 am, def add at least 20-30 more grams of whey protein. and the 66g after workout seems wonderful, even though your within your "window of oppotunity" your body is only going to utilize around 40grams protein.

If possible supplement some need2slin in there. One in the am and one with your 3 pm meal (another at bedtime is optional)
