The first two are before and after. The right bottom two are unfurnished/unpainted to furnished and painted. The left two on the bottom are kitchen and backyard.
Check out the old barn in the back. Maybe you've seen the new shed where Tiger88 lives now.
How about an all expense paid trip to KY. I'll pay you in bourbon and beer for your time? Think it over.

Yeah man, I love my porches...but I'm envious of the big screen. That's one of the things that I have planned in my renovation is to expand and customize a home theater setup w/ a big TV and surround sound AND speakers in the roof of the covered porches.
Best thing about my place is that my front yard is about 700 feet long, so my house is way the hell off the road and my back yard is even more deep. In short, when you sit on the porch/deck, your sitting in complete privacy. I'm thinking of putting a pond in the back, so I can look out on that while sipping beer on the back deck.

It's my primary residence. I'm lucky I even own a house, let alone an investment property. I'm very thankful of buying just before the big runup in housing prices. I closed on the last day of 1999 New Year's Eve. lol The lawyer gave us a bottle of champaine when we were done.
I asked if the info would all get wiped out the next day due to the Y2K thing. lol I was jk though.
