Before and After

Damn, U go girl! I think you look awesome! Keep up the good work. It's women like you that keep me motivated. Thanks for the great pictures. I just started my first cycle this week. I have been natural up to now but feel that I have pretty much peaked out. Looking to make some good gains! Thanks again girl.

Aw, Debu.. we don't all have to look as good as HBG to post pics. I'm finishing up my first cycle and waiting to stabilize before I post pics, but I will post em... would like to get feedback eventually... but let me tell ya... I'm not even close to her before pics yet :)

yes this was my very first cycel! And my before pics are TOTALLY natuarl! I worked very hard to look like i did in the before and i worked extra hard to look as i do now.

My before pics, i think i was just Skinny lean, if that makes sense. I am happy with the results i have gotten. I feel in the before pics,, i could not get any leaner, so i really had nowere else to go, so that is why i chose AS.
While yours or someone else's may just to tone up a bit or just lose weight,

Whatever ur goals maybe, as long as u reach them, u should be happy

before cycle, i still trained the way i train now, only i lift heavier and cut out my cardio!

Before i was doing cardio 2x's a day and only eating about 1200-1500 cals a day, so my diet was not to good before.

Before AS i was a cardio freak i guess u could say,,,hehe i would do cardio first thing in the am for 1hr,, then i would go to work, go back and train, then do another 30 min of cardio. Before ASi was lifting 30lb db's for bicep curls,, now im lifting 50lb db's
For back day, i would do one arm 50lb db rows, now i do 100lb one arm db rows!!! woohooo kinda excited about that :D

I do not count reps or whatever, i just focous on training, and i stop until i cant lift anymore, now some will disagree with the Way i train, but this is whati have found to work well with me. Even when lifting heavier weigths,, i may only be able to do 4 reps,,but i willdo about 5 or 6 sets..thats just how i like to train,,so u need to find what works best for u, lol I have been told im not Human,hahahaha, if i told u what i ate u would never belive me :p NYM can contribute to that statment......hehehe

Hey hardbdygrl...when you are rowing with the 100's are you using straps?? or you only use the straps when you are T-bar rowing 7 plates??

Thanks alot HBG, now next time I do dumbell rows I won't be able to use less than 100, even if its my last set.

Yes i use straps,,, I like the standing tbar rows,, they dont have one at my gym, but i have used it at another gym i go to sometimes,, i dont think i quite made the 7plate mark...lol

They're all GREAT - after AND before!

And 100 lb dumbells? Totally positively awesome! (I don't even know where those ARE in my gym :D)
 
We always knew you had a beautiful body...but now we know you have a beautiful face. So basically you have got the whole package...so you I know you could DEFINITELY be on the cover of a magazine like Oxygen, MuscleMedia, or Muscle&FitnessHers. Its up to you to get the ball rolling. I want to walk into 7-11 in a few months and see your face on the magazine rack.

Strong Island is right, you've got the looks and the bod, you should be on the cover of some magazine. Seeing you on the cover would definetly make me want to pick it up and read it.

Both your before and after pics are awesome, stupendous back development. And 100 lb dumbell rows? Fucking insane! I wish there were girls like you at my gym!

My goal is to be on the cover of the mag!!!!!!!! I just dont know how to get there :-( I kinda think i need some breast implants b/c thats how the girls are that are one the covers...buuuuuut thats a whole nother story,

Don't think you need them..unless you want them.

Not having implants makes you different..it could be your "edge."

and with lats like those who need implants???? You definitely have a distinct look.

But I say we all put our heads together and get the ball rolling.

We need to get one of our own on a mag cover...

Have you ever sent your pics into a mag? Oxygen has the monthly showcase of women readers and you look better than any girl I've ever seen in there. You should go for it; there's nothing to hold you back. BTW you don't need implants, you are AWESOME just the way you are.

Nah, You don't need them, I was going to say earlier that I thought it looked really nice in your dress, dont' get them! OR here's a thought...got to New York (let NYM show you off in the gym) then ask Howard Stern to pay for them!

You have an amazing figure hardbdygirl, and I think that some of your BEFORE pics might be going into my motivation folder! If you get in a mag, I promise I'll even buy two copies! heehee...

hardbdygrl i don't really know anything about you, so if what i'm asking is common knowledge, sorry. i just took a look at your pics and i was curious to know how tall you are and what you weigh.

Quarky i am 5'8 142lbs 11%bf
in the before pics i was 125-130 around the same bodyfat percentage i think, im not sure though.
 
Ok I read Oxygen and Muscle & Fitness for Her and I'm telling you, you look better than some of the models I see in those magazines...you need to get some professional pics done now! Your dedication and hard work definitely shows, props to you!

4Badass,, Yes i guess i looked "fine" before, but before i was just an average girl. Before is not going to get me into competitions or on the cover of a magazine, so that is why i did it. :D
