375-400g of protein, 70-80g of carbs, 50-60g of fat (mostly from flax oil). i would use ketone stick so i knew what level of ketosis i was in. adipokenetics and lipokenitics worked v. well. gear wise, test, deca, dbol in the beg., eq, fina, winny in the middle and halo, prov, anavar at the end. no gh.
