Ozzie at week 5 we change things for you to finish hard

ps your back is getting WiiiiiiiDe and lean, NICE!

also your waist is tightening already
 
Looking great so far mate all areas are coming up very fast , leg days will kill but how addicting are they lol

Your back has come along way , his back staple just keeps proving its self ,he has a great knowledge for exercises and the order and strict form , good luck but with OMEGA you dont need it you just have to keep putting in the work .

sorry to be the jerk but you started at 20%+, probably a couple points lower now... hold off on the juice and get the cardio and diet right.
 
No he is around 16% from what I see.

the only thing that makes Ozzie look fatter is the fat in the chest area( which does NOT look like gyno)

it will melt off soon enough and he will be 10% by the end
 
That is a big difference for only 3 weeks. Yall have to consider, at LEAST 3-4 days resting between body parts. That gives you on average, only 4 workout sessions on each muscle. Very interesting to see the final pics after 6 weeks. ;)

yeah theres "something" about the way everything is done when your with OMEGA that just gracefully works. the difference is like instead of tuning up your hatchback, your building yourself a Ferrari :heart:

Great progress bro and only 3 weeks. I'm just doing Omegas phase 1 booklet and have seen great results in the last 6 weeks vs my old training.

Nice work Ozzie! Looks like he is helping you achieve amazing results in such a short period of time as well. Awesome! OMEGA can give you the tools, but it's up to YOU to give it your all and really get the best out of the program.

Alot of thought goes into bringing up weak body parts or parta on people that have not responded in years.

I refuse to accept that something cannot respond do to "genetics"

EVERY part of the body and for that matter the mind can change.

if there is a wall of any kind dont climb over it, SMASH it.
