Before & 5-6 Weeks Into Cycle Pics.!

i can defo see an improvement. post up in another 6 weeks then we will see a big difference. good work bro
 
Dianabol - methandrostenolone - @ 5mg, 5mg, 5mg, 25mg, 5mg = 50mg E.D. WKS. 1-4
Test. E. @ 250mg 2x wkly. = 500mg wkly. WKS. 1-14
Equipoise @ 300mg 2x wkly. = 600mg wkly. WKS. 1-14
trenbolone. A. @ 80mg E.D. = 560mg wkly. WKS. 5-11 ( only in second week )

P.C.T= HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - - human chorionic gonadotropin - - human chorionic gonadotropin - , Clomid, Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - , 6-OXO ( a proven natty Test. booster, which helped out last time ), or Dermacrine Sustain instead.

That's what I would have takin if I did use anabolic androgenic steroids, but I don't!

Letrazole .5mg E.D., Dostinex .25mg E.O.D., Armidex .5mg E.D, B-12 injections ( Human Grade ) 1,000mcg 4x a wk.

By my size it would def. seem that way, but I've been training natty for about 6-7 years. I would do everything right; train, EAT, rest, etc.. just to get where I was before my 1st cycle. I'm now into my second cycle. My Test. levels have always been very low. I know when I was tested @ 18 by my Doc. said I was below average for someone 10 years older than me. I even reached puberty late, and had mild gynecomastia. problems, because I had high levels of Estrogen levels. That's why he tested me, so I decided it was time. I was tired of working my ass off in all aspects with lil or no results.

I know for a fact I could get on HRT, but I'm only 28, and I want to have children. After I do I prolly will just so I can finally for once have natty Test. levels. It's been hard with low levels all my life. Always felling wore out ( lethargic ), anxiety problems, n' more. On cycle I can tell what I'm supposed to feel like, like a small amount of Test. E. & EQ made a world of difference even early on in the cycle when levels were just starting to normalize.

there is no way someone your size needs anywhere near that much gear. no way, no how.
 
I'm thinking about ditching the Tren. A. n' finishing off WKS. 10-14 with D-Bol @ same dosage as WKS. 1-4. Not sure yet, but I'm leaning more in that direction.

keep training heavy but will good clean form,increase your caloric and protein intake,get a lot of rest and repeat.

gear isn't what's going to make you huge,it's 90% in your training and diet

what are you stats form the beginning of the cycle to now , don't ditch the tren it will give you mutation let it kick in

anyways props to you man can see the improvement for sure

dude what's your training and diet like? Even during your natty times. Did you make a habit of loggin weights, etc?
 
I would go on a steady diet of Jaq-Imos and Crabby Jacks. Po-Boys from Mothers, and the Lamb at UpperLine Cafe. If you're from da 504 you know what I'm talkin about....
 
Theres definatly some improvements, good job.. but im really curious to see you at the end especially after u hit the tren...
( can we all agree that tren is our friend)

7'000+ calories @ least E.D. n' 300g of protein throughout 6-7 meals in short, but yes my diet is in check. I even log it. Yes I have always logged n' still do my weights. I log my cycle n' even log, and used to log supplements, vitimans, n' cardio. The logs are the only way I'll know what works in what I want to achieve @ any given time.

I've been cookin most of my own food, but I would LOVE to hit just one of those spots up. Prolly will since I cheat every other Sunday, well since the Trenbolone. A. every Sunday, and last Sunday I ate two BIG ASS muffalettas form Frank's in the Quarter. Then went to Bennigan's that night, and couldn't even try n' put WTF I ate there in my log. We ( me n' my big ass family ) sat therer for about 3 hours, n' I just kept ordering. Dat was sum good shit dare!

7000 calories a day?

300g of protein is 1200 calories. what are the other macros at that make up the other 5800?

you eat 7000 calories a day over 6 meals thats 1166 calories a meal and in 7 meals a day thats 1000 calories a meal a day.

youre eating more than most pro bbers youre claiming.

i dont believe that at all. lets say you were eating 800 grams of carbs a day that would 3200 calories plus your 1200 would be 4400. you would need to be eating close to 300g of fat on top of that.

not with your size.
 
I do drink weight gainer shakes. MHP's "UP YOUR MASS" 3-4 a day @ 802 calories 62g of protein mixed with egg whites instead of milk, and I add 1 cup of Steel Cut Oats to each shake @ 150 cals. 1/4 a cup = 600 cals. a cup. @ 4 a day in cals. alone not adding in the egg whites instead of milk you get 5,608+ cals. right there. That's why I said " in short ". By the way I'm not a Pro. BB, they have a certain genetic make up, and i'll bet their metabolism isn't half as fast as mine is. Really I don't give a SHIT if you think I'm lying. What, I get a free blow job every time I trick someone ONLINE? HA!

That isn't my whole diet! " IN SHORT " I said. 6-7 small FOOD meals also. What's that supposed to mean anyway? Gotcha? Not trying to be a dick. Just being honest. I only take in this much during a Bulk Cycle.
 
I work in the Gulf of Mex. driving Crew Boats. Right now I'm off for 3 months, so I can sleep, eat, workout, spend time wit the family, or whatever whenever I want, and that's pretty much all I do. Pretty much the same on the boat too. It's 150 ft. n' has free weights and a bowflex. I just can't spend time wit the family. If you got some pointers for me I would appreciate that!

It's cool! I figured that! I's all just old friends, my cousin n' friends, crazy pics., and only those 2 of me, which really most of my face is blocked, but Thank You for your being concerned. I moved all my personal pics. elsewhere.
 
the calories from those shakes are pretty crappy. they are predigested calories, all shakes are. i would look into getting a ton of whole food calories for your metabolism but your job/lifestyle doesnt make it easy.

if i were you i would go the cheap route, get ground beef, 2 pounds a day, make patties and eat them throughout the day between meals.

then have your normal meals, again, go cheap, 2 omlets a day with 10 whites and 3 whole eggs with rice (again, cheap). so 2 meals could be omlets and rice, 2 cups of rice each meal, and 2 servings of vegetables.

then have 2 meals with chicken (not the cheapest but wholesale its not too bad), pasta (cheap - 2 cups/3 cups per meal), and 2 servings vegetables.

so right there are 4 meals plus the burgers as side snacks between meals. the i would have 1 more meal, something easy again. maybe here have 1 of those shakes you make.

right there is a ton of calories, its whole food, and its sort of cheap. eating is never cheap but this is an ok alternative to eating cleaner foods. you could cook 2 times a week for all the meat and chicken and rice and pasta and vegetables and do the omlets each morning at the same time.

you have a tough schedule so its not easy. this may be impossible for you.

the way youre eating now with all the shakes is not that good really. its not going to build muscle like real food and real food will help control the speedy metabolism you have.

It's only been 6 weeks so far, Test. level just right now, and I just cut down on cardio to add in lower body. My legs for some reason were always bigger than the rest of me. Now that I am more proportioned I added in lower body last week, which will have a great effect on how my upper body grows. I do have a fast metabolism, especially sine I started the B-12 injections.
 
bro--no flame whatsoever here--because i give you alot of credit--but you dont look like you are on gear period--if you are eating 7000 cals a day stick with that only get some added size from that and then consider gear--you hardly look like you train--how old are you

I'm 28, and have been training for a while. Usually 1 body part a week off cycle, and each body part twice a week on, n' leading up to n' from a cycle. With my natty hormonal imbalance if I don't train I look " Small Fat ". Everything on me stays soft a fatty, but I don't get " Big Fat ". I need to train to look almost normal, or a lil better than normal. It sucks, but I love working out. That and grappling are my two passions in life. Can't really grapple all weak n' mushy.

sounds good--keep up the good work bro--but gear is not always the answer as alot on here think
