Been cruising for the past few weeks, had a holiday etc, now ready for business
Just started new course and stepped up training, problem is I feel like I have been hit by a bus, then it gets to 4pm when I train, I get in the gym and have a really good workout, progressing every session.
Should I been listening to this body aching feeling and cut down my training or solider on?
My training is random, I hit the body over maybe 8-9 days.
This week-
Monday- Shoulders,Traps
Tuesday- Legs
Wednesday- biceps, calves
Thursday- chest
Friday- back, calves
Start next week with maybe hamstrings and triceps, always mixing it around.
I work to minimal sets, near or to complete failure on all sets and my workouts take between 25 min (biceps) to 50 min (legs), always sore the next day.
I am eating 4000kcal per day, big pre and post workout shake, healthy solid food rest of the day, loads of water. So far this week 500mg test e and 225mg oxytest.
Any input welcome
