Been Feeling Wrecked Lately, Advice Needed..

sup guys lately i have been dragging ass and feeling like crap and i wonder if it is because i changed my routine. i was doing madcows 5x5 with cardio on tue+thurs and felt like it was time to switch things up. so i decided to do a push ,pull,legs mon-sat so i work every muscle 2 times a week, the reason why i did this is becasue i wanted to use a wider range of exercises and be able to focus more on lagging muscle like my back. also i stopped doing the 5x5 because although i have increased all my lifts and i packed on muscle it doenst seem it when i looked into the mirror and my bf% is only 12% so its not like i packed on a lot of fat(i started at 17%). do you guys gain just as much muscle working in the lower rep range uppose to the traditional rep range?

i am also almost done with PCT and maybe that has something to do with it. sorry if my post is hard to follow i can barely focus.

wait another month to level out, and just take a break by keeping lifting short and abbreviated.

keep diet clean and supplement with Glutamine Peptides, and Creatine of some kind
 
I actually made the same move as you did as far as workout programs...I'm just finishing up PCT as well... depending on your PCT and how your body recovers, your energy / strength could be in the toilet... You may want to cut out a training day for a while and give your body more rest...Get enough sleep, keep calories up (and as clean as possible)... take creatine, EFA's, a good multi....try some of those energy supplements (NO-xplode, Amp02, Lipoflame, Red Blast, etc).... good luck!
 
Yah bro, I hear you. I am in a similar situation. It really sucks ballz to feel so beat up all of the time.
 
oooh mee tooooo!!!! I worked out wed. took yesterday off cause i was in so much pain (muscle aching)......and today dont feel any better :(.....o-well going to have to workout today weather i like it or not!
