Need Help

I'll right Bro's I've been working out for 3 years now I'm 5'10 190 about 8-10% body fat, was about 265 and a whale with tits.
Did my cardio, dieted and worked out. I'm plateauing with my gain and strength and think about AS, I want to go light my first cycle so in the future I can grow more. I want to gain 8-12 pounds of muscle. I don't care about gaining 30 pound and 2/3 of it is fat. I eat well, train hard and sleep good so that part is covered.
I'm thinking about this
test enth 400mg/week for 10weeks
clomid 100mg week 10
50mg week 11 -12
clomid daily
Should I have nolvandex on hand???
Any cycles you can suggest are appreciated
 
use the clomid two weeks after last inj 300mg day 1, 100mgs for 10 days and 50mgs for another ten days.
Yes you should have nolva.
If you want a leaner more quality gain Personally I would use a winny/eq stack.
wk1-10 600mgs of eq
wk4-10 50mgs o winni ed
clomid 3wks after last inj
 
I would add some Eq in there at 400mg/week to go along with the Enanthate. If you are not looking for water retention then Liquidex through out your cycle would be a great addition. With a good diet I am sure you can reach your goals with minimal to no gain in body fat. Start the Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot of Eq. Let me know if you need any help

when is a good time to be doing cardio? in the morning on a empty stomach or after your work out or before what is your thoughts on cardio while on grear? more cardio or less??
 
i would do a light cardio, after my workout so that your workout does not suffer and you are able to lift as heavy as possible.

If you can lift in the morning or afternoon, and than at night do some cardio for maybe 30 min or so, what ever feels good for you, but make sure to eat enough so build the muscle as you are going to be burning even more calories while doing cardio.

Steroids do not make you bigger, it is a combination of eating and training properly as well taking some gear if you chose to do that.

I would do cardio in the AM when you get up and lift in the PM. If you have time to do it that way then I would go with it

Wow you have made some amazing progress already. I think every cycle should include testosterone. It is good for bulking and cutting. Your goals are relatively modest and I'm sure you will reach or exceed them.

You are pretty lean already so you don't need to go crazy with the cardio. How much you do should depend on how lean you want to be. At some point you may begin to lose some muscle mass, but of course the test will help you maintain it.

The idea behind doing cardio first thing in the am or post workout is that at those times your body is depleted of glycogen and you will burn a higher percentage of fat than at other times.

I usually do cardio post workout because that means only 1 trip to the gym. However, that means that during the time I'm doing cardio I'm delaying my post workout nutrients. Post workout is the best time to load up on simple carbs followed by fast digesting protein, since your body is "starved" for them and there is a short window where replinishing them is very effective.

If you can take 2 trips to the gym, you can then take your simple carbs and protein right after your pm workout. So this is why it is probably most effective to do it this way as M18 mentioned.
 
I like the intervals too. There was a study that showed that they are superior for fat burning because your metabolism and body heat stay high for the rest of the day.

I just use the "hill" program on a recumbent lifecycle. I do anywhere from 12 minutes to 24 minutes at level 10 or 11.

The highest intervals are absolute m0f0s! Time moving slow, the minutes seem like hours.

To all who posted help all the info is appreciated, I'm going to do light cardio for 20-30 min after my work outs 2-3 times a week just to keep my cardiovascular up, if I gain too much fat I'll try AM cardio.
