Been a little over a year

I am a home workout guy that has the all the tools to do good exercises. Power cage, cable crossover, lat pulldown, pec deck, low pulleys. I have been out of lifting for about a year now. I am getting back in and my gear should be arriving shortly. For now its a semi good diet, protein shakes, flaxseed, milkthistle and animal paks multis. What would be a good routine with turanabol and oxanabol with some clen for about an 8 week cycle. I was thinking about 40mg t-bol / 30 mg o-bol and not sure about the clen. I am about 6'1" 190. I would love a good 5 day routine to maximize this. All info is appreciated.

Why do gear and working out have to go hand in hand? If you've worked out before and you've been off for a year, you should get some mad gains just by pushing the basic compound exercises for a few months (and I don't mean using your pec deck, lol).

Well I want real gains, and not by eating fig newtons and peanut butter or whatever "natural" anabolic foods are. The thread isn't a moral one, it was a question on good lifting routines. So go buy the latest NO2 explode or GNC crap that is out this month and get your gains on nutter

;)

I think it was about a month ago when a brand new EF member opened a thread just like yours. As far as I remember he hasnt trained at all, got some gear and was asking for a routine.
Now you show up and it seems like you have kind of the same issue. Well, since people who gear should be rather experienced with the aspects of training I am pretty sure you know yourself what routines worked with you in the past. If not I recommend reading the stickies - maybe glenn pendlay's routine is something you could do. Other than that I would say ask the guy who got you the gear how to use the pec deck to build some inner chest.

Word. Don't forget to superset them with cable crossovers. 3.5 second negatives on each exercise are best with turanabol and oxanabol (correct me if I'm wrong on this - I may be thinking of the negatives protocol for methandriol).

More or less would you just start off with heavy weight low reps, or try something like german volume training? Also the main objective was how much is overtraining. Like incline, flat, decline bench with subsets of db presses?. I don't know, I guess I will figure it out myself.

Who needs food when you've got gear?

What lifting routines have you used in the past?

you know what, i just wrote a freakin essay on why you shouldnt do gear yet. but you know what, i wont tell you not to, go ahead and do it. have fun ruining your body. because right after your cycle youll probably stop lifting thinking your body will just stay the same. kthxbye.

whats funny is this site borders on porn, has everything to do with gear, and i am treated like a freak. I thought these forums were different, not the ymca forums.

OK- choice of steroids isn't going to make a difference in what happens when you work out. Gear doesn't do the lifting for you. How you work out will determine what will happen. If you know what your goals are- getting big, strong, fast, whatever- then take a look in the Training Information sticky near the top of this forum. This contains several good basic programs, one of which I'm sure will give you a starting point. Then it's easier to answer any specific questions you have.
As far as maximizing the benefits of your cycle while you are training, you'll get better information in the Steroids forum. It's all dependent on your age, BF%, experience with gear, diet, intended PCT, and doses. I'm saying this to warn you. If you don't have your basic research done before you post then you'll get a worse reception than you'll get here. If you don't know any of this stuff then search for it here or through other internet based searches.

I think a lot of us would admit there is a discrepancy between the kind of training advice given by this forum's regulars and all the gear and supplements promoted by the board's advertising.

Honestly, you'll find a lot of really helpful people on here. Questions like "I have some gear, can you tell me how to train" generally don't foster the best out of people though.

Take a look through the training vault sticky. Maybe pick a program or make something up yourself. Whatever, stick around and ask a few more questions. People will help.

yes. People get this way because they they're tired of people starting hundreds of threads asking the same questions when they could have read the basic info stickies first. One thing we're all agreed on though- You'll only get out of your program whatever your willing to put in. Education is the key. A half-assed understanding of what you are doing and why will yield a half-assed result no matter how dedicated you are. This goes for the use of steroids also. Beginners are fine with us, but they need to do their part with learning the basics.

tbol, crossovers, pec-deck.. you want the steroids forum. Make a thread called something like 'Beachbody for the bitches - what workout?' and the 170lb roid gurus there will be able to help you out.

I hope this thread is someone's idea of a sick joke, but I find myself feeling eerie and it is only Tuesday.
