what do you bros think of beef jerkey as quick protein for those days you dont have time to cook some meat.
its has about 40 g of protein for the entire bag

some brands are alright, its definitely not the best choice of protein but yes for a quick snakc its alright, just try and get one low in sodium, they are usually loaded with it. although, protein bars may be better even a protein shake and just add water?
