Bee pollen

Does anyone use bee pollen ? If so what for and how has it helped you ? I am verrrry curious about it. Thanks

Have not used it. There are quite a variety of benefits but as far as I know all that research has been conducted on animals. So not quite sure how and if that applies to humans.
