Bed Sweats

Second time this has happened...fourth week into my cycle, woke up last night soaked, anyone else experience this??

I'm not even on right now and I get them every fing night...sucks! I think it's cause I slam a frosty shake before bed so I'm freezing and then crank the electric blanket......but even when I turn the damn thing off, I'm soaked......go figure.....

last week i had to change my sheets 2 times...every morning i wake up over a cold area of my sheets...that's disgusting. It makes me remember when i was a kid and sometimes I got pee on my bed...then while sleeping you realize that something cold is around your body...
