I am already huge for my age, and not in some fat way. I am coming off of the rugby season and wanna become a little leaner for my Basketball/volley ball season.
This is what my low carb diet looks like
Breakfast- oats
mid- cottage cheese and some vegies
lunch- chicken or tuna
mid- natural peanut butter and some other vegies
Dinner- whatever is made (cant complain i am not making it)
Before bed- Cottage cheese and garlic jelly.
I work out 5 days a week and one 3 days i do 20 mins of interval biking (cardio)
I take 1 omega 3-6-9 pill 3 times dailiy with meals. 2 gnc megamen vitamins daily. And a protein shake after workouts.
Any suggestions for anymore because i have already lost 10 pounds and am looking for more. I am currently 15 years old, 6'3 and 205. I am looking for a nice lean look and around 185 lbs.
