Becoming leaner

I am already huge for my age, and not in some fat way. I am coming off of the rugby season and wanna become a little leaner for my Basketball/volley ball season.
This is what my low carb diet looks like
Breakfast- oats
mid- cottage cheese and some vegies
lunch- chicken or tuna
mid- natural peanut butter and some other vegies
Dinner- whatever is made (cant complain i am not making it)
Before bed- Cottage cheese and garlic jelly.

I work out 5 days a week and one 3 days i do 20 mins of interval biking (cardio)

I take 1 omega 3-6-9 pill 3 times dailiy with meals. 2 gnc megamen vitamins daily. And a protein shake after workouts.

Any suggestions for anymore because i have already lost 10 pounds and am looking for more. I am currently 15 years old, 6'3 and 205. I am looking for a nice lean look and around 185 lbs.
 
are you weight training?

as far as food intake it looks pretty low. how fast did you lose those 10 lbs? I would hate to see you plateau and it looks like you might if you are not eating enough.
 
shiiiit 15 when he cuts down to 185 He'll look identical to me.
both being 6"3 and really lean at 185.

CRAP lol 5 years when you hit my age...m damn
