Beat yourself!!

After seeing the inspiration in the 'Proposition for teens' thread I think everyone needs to share this experience of beating themselves. So I came up with the idea to make one for everyone. Post your stats now and/or your max'es on various of excercise. This way you can know what you want to beat and other people may see this as competition. They may look at your stats and see your similar to them and train to try and beat your max. This is a thread to get us training each other, not one for arguing and discouraging people. Discuss anything related to your training in here. You never know, if you see someone stats and would like to ask them to compete with you, then do it. I think this will motivate both people. So why the hell are you sitting here reading this, go out there and Kill that shit.

currently 200lbs around 13% at 6' tall

squat unknown (knee injury)
deadlift 405
arnold press 70lbs DB 5x5
CG bench 205 for 8
ez bar curl 120 for 8

Current Lifts:
Bench: 395x1 (405 COMING SOON!!) 225x27 275x17 300x8 315x9.75 325x5.5 335x5.5 355x2 (all raw)
Deadlift: 405x12, 510 off the floor, 575 from lowest setting on power rack
Beast Lift (a deadlift with the bar behind the legs): 590 off the floor,730 off the power rack on lowest setting
Incline Barbell Press: 375lbsx1 (raw) 275x13.5 225x20.75 315x6 335x2.75

Stats: 5'8 195-200lbs 18 1/2 inch arms (cold and flexed) 49" chest and 26" legs
 
Put whatever info you want just make sure you try to beat what you put down and not by 1pound but by 100 or close enough so you can kill that shit ever fucking day.
 
Current stats (Go Mini-Trez!)

Bench: 6 x 60kg
Squat: 5 x 50kg
DL: 6 x 80kg

There's not much of me now... but I'm inspired by you bunch to KILL THAT SHIT

100 pounds increase on each by Feb... I will do it.
