hy guys i am getting ready for my second try at the beast starter stack. i had to stop my first cycle after 2 weeks and 3 days because of painful pumps and painful kidneys but i still made good gains so i want to make sure i have the best chance at finishing my next one so i can get the maximum out of this because i think i could put on ten pounds with this stuff if i get it right.
so here is my daily diet and suppliment routine (i have not yet worked worked out amounts but i dont need help with that, it is just the actual food and supps i am taking i may need to put in/take out or exchange) please let me knoe your oppinions and advice.
(breakfast shake
orridge oats, flax seed powder, whey protein, creatine, glutamine, taurine, bananas, eggs, Anabolic Innovations cycle support, eletrolites plus, glucosamine,taurine, beta alanine, psyllium husks)(fish oil, bcaa, beastrol, 19-tren tfo, forged liver support)
(meal 1:-chicken breast, bolinaise sauce,mixed veg, cheese, pasta)(smoothie:-cranberry juice, green tea, vit c, berries, banana, frozen fruit)(protien bar)
(workout drink:-blackcurrent juice, vit c)
(post workout shake:-waxy maize, meal replacement, creatine, glutamine,leucine, eletrolites plus, grape seed extract, bcaa, beta alanine)
(meal 2:-tuna, baked potato)(soup:-lentils/peas, onions, cabage, tomato puree, carrots, cauliflower, stock)(fish oil, aspirin, alpha lipoic acid, beastrol, 19-tren tfo, forged liver support)(protein drink)
(meal 3:-chicken mayo roll)(smoothie:-cranberry juice, green tea, vit c, berries, banana, frozen fruit)
(meal 4:-tuna mayo roll)(soup:-lentils/peas, onions, cabage, tomato puree, carrots, cauliflower, stock)(protein drink)
(pre-bed:-warm milk, instant milk protein, Anabolic Innovations cycle support, taurine, beta alanine)(zma, evening primrose oil, garlic oil, beastrol, 19-tren tfo)
