I have been on beast for about a week. I am tight all the time. Muscles feel great!! Although I'm getting irritated a little easier and I am getting massive headaches. I drink probably 8 20 oz bottles of water a day. I might need more. Does anyone have any ideas on the headaches?

Better post your stats first bro, age, height, wieght, bodyfat and if you have any cycle experience and what supports are you running with it.
