What up guys,
I've started the shredder stack about 8 days ago, been working out 5 days a week, clean diet, hiit cardio and all, on the last couple of days I can't get my cardio going, i'm getting these wicked calve pumps and it's opposing muscle, can't remember what it's called, can't walk fast for more then 10 mins, my leg feel like the're full of blood and are about to explode...
Is that normal ?
Other than that the stack is great !
