Hey all I keep reading that beast should be lean and hard but I seem to have puffed up a bit. I usually eat a lower carb diet even when bulking but I've taken in a lot of carbs and it's helped me make huge gains. I've probably had more salt than I should as well, eating out a few times and not eating especially clean in general.
My nipples are a little puffy especially the left but I'm gonna blame this on water retention. I took katanadrol for a week and got a blood test, it lowered progesterone more than it suppressed test which was good, at the moment I think my estrogen is quite low as I seem to be getting runny nose and the cold and my joints are painful as shit. Been running a mild natural AI as a preventative every 2nd day and I think it's time to step back as I don't think it's needed at all
Going to run b6 high dosed, progestin I think is the only thing unaccounted for, can this flare up even with progesterone/estrogen controlled? Not stressing out here but just wondering.
I'm taking beast 20mg a day (30mg on lifting days, taking an extra an hour before workout)
With katanadrol 250mg a day
I'm gonna clean up my diet, drop the salty food and up the water and see how I go
Other thing to mention my libido has taken a hit which is probably from low estrogen, I have no trouble with ED if my girlfriend is annoying me, seem to get harder than ever but I just don't feel like sex that much. This leads me to believe its not complete test shutdown but estrogen is too low
A little lethargic too and scalp has been a little itchy. back and forearm pumps are becoming a slight issue in combination with joint soreness
Overall enjoying this shit immensely, took my best deadlift from 155kg to an easy 180kg, squat is up from 140kg to 155kg, could of gone higher but didn't try (I like to go up gradually and consistently with squats), bench press improved to 97.5kg up from 92.5, hoping to hit the 100 this week.
Weight has gone from 85kg to 90kg in around 10 days, some of it is no doubt water due to diet
