no change in appetite but i dont know if its not my increased metabolism or being on test but now I get the most PAINFUL hunger cramps ever. like they wake me up its strange. Of course I never get them during the day cuz i'm constantly choking down food

i got those too if i was hungry it would hurt on my left side under my rib for whatever reason but if i ate and drank it went away

The more the better so long as you are eating the right things. The more protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats you get down your throat while on Beast or any other aas will give you more weight on the bar and the extra lbm to go with it.
