Hey guys,

Have my beast cycle ready to go but going to head down to the chemist and pick up a blood pressure monitor tomorrow just for some peace of mind so will prob start sat. Question is how many guys here kicked off with 30mg a day of beast? I was thinking about starting with 20mg's and see how I feel from there.

Thanks guys.

Bro..def start with 20. I have used beast and it is potent as hell and 30 can be too shocking on the system and creat side effects. Trust me at 20 a day you will see gains in a week easily! Do you have n2guard and pct in place?

Ok great thanks bro will do. Brought the starter pack from mr supps and i know the forged liver support isn't complete like n2gaurd. I can get ironmaglabs - advanced cycle support here in aus easily so do you think it would be worth getting instead of n2gaurd or otherwise I can order it from needto and wait till it arrives. I also have two bottles of activate xtreme from DS which has good reviews over on bb.com I was going to run with it. So was thinking this

1-4 beastdrol 1 cap 2 times a day spread out morning and night.
1-4 Forged liver support
1-4 Forged joint repair
1-4 Activate xtreme 2 caps a day
4-8 Forged post cycle
4-10 4 caps a day of activate xtreme
4-10 forma-stanzol 5 pumps rubbed on your chest 2 times a day morning and night.
For the first 4 weeks then drop down to 3 and 3 the last 2 week.

Was wondering if I should just run 4 caps a day of activate xtreme during the beast run?

Another product I can get quickly is Purus Labs - Organ Shield. Shipping from the states is approx 2 weeks :)

drink a ton of water i was up near 2 gallons a day and it helped

also if you start to feel run down or tired.. eat more.. i fed the beast like crazy 6k in cals at times and i just got leaner, meaner, bigger and stronger.

I take taurine as well, it helps with the lethargy and headaches i feel. 500mg a day does it for me, but some bros here take up to 3g ed! But know your body.

I'm doing 20mg ed and its amazing. OP what will be your plan of action if gyno flares up during the first 4 weeks?

Im like Stryker, I only use 20mg per day. It will add the weight on you and I personally feel anything more than 20 or 30 is a waste and not needed. Best of luck

I did 40 but I would probably just do 30 when I run it again. My brother is running 30 ED and he is doing fantastic with NO sides. Everybody is different. Start at 20, maybe by the end of the 2nd week you can bump it to 30.

Ok i'll pick up some taurine and whats everyones thoughts on adding Purus Labs - Organ Shield or ironmaglabs - advanced cycle support? Also in the event gyno is an issue I assume I could just start using the forma a little earlier? From what i have read doesn't seem likely to be a problem with beast.

Shouldn't have any gyno problems with beastdrol...slight chance it could flare up post cycle but I doubt it.

Should I add Purus Labs - Organ Shield or Ironmaglabs - advanced cycle support? Thank-you for responses so far!

If you suffer from 'receptor crossover' then gyno certainly is a possibility.

My receptors are like a hooker, anything can shove their hormones in it! So i got gyno on beast.

Be prepared!

JT,....6000 cals a day?? Holy shit! Can you post up what you'd eat in a day?

one thing that has always helped me when i needed lots of calories was "GOMAD" basically drink a gallon of milk a day and id add protein to it most of the time.

i laid out some of my meals before and basically you just need to work up to it and make sure you can cook in bulk and then carry it with you

6 eggs, cheese, bagel, peppers/onions milk/whey
ive eaten that meal 2x a day more times then i can ever count

lunch/dinner normally has qunioa, rice, potatoes or bread to increase cals and again some milk

i make my own snacks like protein bars or energy bars and again just keep adding in protein/milk to keep the cals up

id say this the #1 thing that helped me was logging every single thing i ate or drank for weeks and months at a time. i had to do this for sooooo long to really watch my weight for competitions and then again when i wanted to start gaining weight

i cook in bulk too
5lbs of meat loaf or meat balls
5+ lbs of chicken.. maybe 3-4 different marinades or spices
20 burgers at a time :)

cook it .. portion it out.. freeze some if necessary.

i got a foodsaver and a big chest freezer too.. it all helps
