What's your height and weight bro?

3 caps a day of each is plenty. You don't need 40mg beast, and 3 caps diesel is 45mg.

Tren is 30mg per cap, so 3 of those equals 90mg.

space your dosages out 6-8 hours apart if possible.

Watch out for the Beast, it will come out atcha!! 30mg is plenty on the BEastdrol.
Drink plenty of water and make sure you have a liver protection. You will be fine.

No. Put it in the fridge. Don't freeze anything unless it specifically instructs you to freeze it.
