I have to agree with you also!! For the amount of cardio i do a day and for my height and weight i should be consuming 3200 calories a day if i wasn't dieting but for my metabolism rate i stay on a 24/7 diet which to me is more of a lifestyle for me and well dieting the chart say 2000 calories or less a day and for intense dieting 1800 or less. So im hoping with staying on a low carb high pretein diet during my cycle i will gain muscle and cut up nice and good
