Beast cycle help

Beast cycle and diet, any adive or tips will be appreciated..

Just like to stay hi to all first time posting long time ef stalker haha

Age 25
Height 6 foot
Weight 190 lbs
12-15% body fat

1-4 beast am n pm 20/30/30/30
1-4 N2guard 7 caps spread out
3-7 hcgenerate am n pm

PCT
4-8 forma 5pumps am 5pumps pm
4-8 postcycle/unleashed

4-8 Gear spread out through the day

Other supps
Whey protein
Casein protien
Waxy maize and dex
Creatine
Krill oil
Multi vit

DIET
5:30 am 1 cup of oats with handful of frozen mix berries and almond milk, 40g whey with one table spoon of natural peanut butter

9:00 200g chicken breast, 1cup of brown rice, 100g broc, almonds

12:00 200g turkey breast/ tuna, 1med sweet potatoe, 100g green peas, walnuts

3:30 pre workout 40g whey, 30g waxy maize

Post workout same as^^

5:30-6:00 170g of chicken/ turkey/ steak, large green salad

9:30 100g cottage cheese and 30g casien protein

SNACKS
Boiled eggs
Greek yohgurt
Cottage cheese
Green pears

Looks good bro, mite wanna chuck in transderm? That's the only thing I would suggest. Best of luck with the cycle

Shitload of carbs and water otherwise headaches will come,first oral drop it to 20 20 30 30,and run hcgen from the start

I have had great success with my beast runs and have it down to a science bro

You will need a better test base than hcgenerate. Even 250mgs of test a week would be good, but I prefer rs transaderm since it's a short cycle and easy to use. Frontload the transaderm for two weeks before the beast, and save your hcgenerate for week 3-end on pct


Up your preworkout carbs at the very least. You'll need about 2 gallons of water per day too, and pick up some taurine for pumps.

20/20/30/30 on the beast for a first run
 
^^ sounds great if you want to pin but the hcgen I stated was for nutsack shutdown.and forgot the taurine!!! You'll need that,got pumps in second beast cycle not first : ) mate I didn't count carbs just kept eating clean carbs and mass gainer shakes in 2 cycles I put on over 20 kg
 
I'd up the waxy pre and post to double that : ) good signal with beast if you get headaches or sleepy you need more carbs and water! I was having 100 plus carbs in each shake 3 times a day
 
Wow i hope can manage to chuck some where near that, how much did you keep and were they mainly all dry gains ??. Im so pumped to get it started. Yep ill pick up some taurine today, I heard the pumps can get pretty bad on beast.

Your setup is good. Stick to the plan and you'll love the cycle. IMO eat more. Beast thrives on carbs. Good luck bro
 
Gained 13 kg from first cycle and 8 from second I kept 17kg bout 35 pounds.very dry! Beast is the best oral just don't be a pussy in the gym heavy hard till you puke
 
@digix thanks heaps bro, i have been putting it all together for awhile now im so excited to finally kick it off..

What did u guys go with training like 5x5, push pull etc etc ??
