Guys, what about the timing of the best dosing? does it need to be at workout or dispersed through the day? I've seen people talking about both it seems.... thx!
I was recommended to space them out. When I worked out at 5pm, I took 1 beast for lunch and 2 1 hour before workout. I could feel it kicking in hard at about 4:30 and was pumped to get to the gym.

Okay, thanks.... I w/o in the morning so I could do 1 or 2 (depending if I'm doing 20 or 30 per day) pre-w/o and then 1 at the end of the day before bed.
