Lol no bro they don't grandfather in illegal substances. Once this law goes into affect that's it. But I highly doubt you'd get caught or busted with it. Most police officers don't give a shit or even now what ph's are legal. If it was a vial of test or an unmarked bag full of pills without a prescription that would raise some suspicion. They are more after the companies selling the shit than the guys buying it. It's all about the government sticking their hands in the supplement industries and making a few bucks.

I thought once the ban took affect company's just couldn't manufacture it but you couldn't get in trouble if you were caught in possession of it. How would they allow companies to sell their remaining stock if they already have a date set for the ban to take affect? That is only setting people up to get fined or arrested

Because even though it's getting banned its still legal as of now. They are classifying it as a class 3 substance. There is no such thing as an illegal drug to sell but legal to posses without a prescription. Especially a level 3 drug. It sound and looks weird I know but like stated above the FDA and Dea aren't after us consumers. They don't want the manufacturers producing the product anymore. They aren't setting us up for failure and going to bust down your door, they don't give a shit if you bought 10 bottles as long as you can't purchase it any more. They've always done this. It happened in the late 90's or early 2000's when they banned androstean.

Pretty much man. An illegal drug is an illegal drug no matter how you look at it. It holds the same as any illegal steroid. From what I've read most guys that get pinched with a personal amount of aas and is their first offense got a slap on the wrist. Confiscation, fine and community service. They make examples out of the guys that get pinched with large quantities that look like they might be distributing or manufacturing. From my understanding shops getting caught selling anything on the list pay a hefty fine, loose their business license and face possible jail time considering the circumstances of the offense. Like any law that is just starting out there is a little leeway but not much because they want people to get the point that they are serious.
