BEAST always out of stock? Endosurge/pes erase?

So I've been wanting to try beast 4 a while now, but everytime I go to order it, it is out of stock!
Now they are running a BOGO sale so i know im not getting my grubby little hands on it.
So I went with my second choice,
ENDOSURGE/PES ERASE, But I searched and I can't find a lot of information on it. How do I run it?
Do I run Them both at the same time? Or 1 then the other?
Help me out!
