Almost all beans can be used for both cutting and bulking. they have a low glycemic index, they have the ability to provide energy over a sustained period of time by being slowly released into your blood stream. Also, beans are a great source of dietary fiber, which promotes a healthy digestive tract, helps lower blood cholesterol levels, and you can add them to just about anything.
Also they have pretty much nothing but good fats in them and are full of protein. I would not eat to much though.
