be honest with me folks...

just stop everything and your body will take care of the rest. keep your diet up togeather and bring your training volume down so your body can recover all over. i think that messing around with pct will just add fuel to the fire. no smoking, no alcahol and good healthy supplements and your body will sort itself out. thats what i do and ive never had any trouble.
 
i am 5'8'' and 220 right now. i am sittin around 11% bf prolly... i stayed on cause i wanted to keep progressing with the goal of competing . i started when i was 16 with dbol .... i know it was a mistake maybe but i want to go pro in bodybuilding or atleast be in magazines someday.

i wanted to never come off .. pretty much i was set on my own hrt program... lol . but lately i've been thinking that i should come off

whoever sold you dbol at 16 should be put in jail. they obviously didn't care about you, but only making money off of you.

i hope other teens are reading this thread and dont make the same mistake. this is why i keep preaching to young people to wait until you are atleast 25 or 26 to juice. you just dont have the knowledge or understanding how the body works + you haven't stopped growing until 21 + your hormones are still plenty until you are 26.

good intentions bro but you know thats not going to happen in todays gotta-have-it-all-right-now culture. Even the min. age to give gear advice is 21 on this board.

well i had a guy yesterday tell me that someone who just turned 21 is old enough to juice.

ignorance is bliss as they say. young kids who dont want to work for it i guess who want to take short cuts
 
It'll take as long as it'll take. Maybe a month. Maybe a year.

My advice..

HMG -- 75 i.u's 3 x's a week for 2 weeks

UNLEASHED -- double dose

POST CYCLE-- double dose

Arimidex 1/4 tabe eod for 4 weeks

HCGenerate -- double dose

Continue the supps for 2 months straight without exception. Continue longer if needed.

As soon as you feel as if you're back to normal, go on BRIDGE.

planning to do my 1st cycle :
test e 500 mg/week (250mg x twice) only for 10 weeks
clen cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for week 1-8
Nolvadex or Femara if gyno & water retention
Clomid PCT from 13th week.

Should i add dianabol 25gms for 1-4 weeks.
What gains to expect if i do 250mg per week

Well somethings not up to the mark because youre too fat if you say youre 20% at only 175 lbs. Wait to get your BF down to at least 12-13% then hit the gear, otherwise you stand to get even fatter.

when i started steroids believe or not i was benching 275 as a sophomore in high school at a body weight of 180.
i put up 300 at the end of my soph. year lol . (after dbol)

from then on i just kept cycling and the cycles got longer and more compounds were involved . . until i just decided over this last year to keep going and going and going ..
i started lifting weights when i was 12! no lie bros ..i didn't really take the short cut cause i had a solid base already:D

oh i know... you youngsters are strong.. when i was a weightlifter in HS, I was 8th in my state of FL. did it all naturally, i took nothing, just busted my ASS in the weightroom 6X a week..

but i look at the weights kids put up now 11 years later and I am wowed. I know you young ignoranamouses are juicing at young ages.

1. your growth plates haven't closed
2. you just screwed up your hormones and confused your body
3. you dont know s**t about nutrition (and even if you do you are eating the trash your parents are putting in front of you or your school gives you) and you dont know s**t about PCT or understand it and you don't know s**t about weightlifting...... although when i was your age i thought i knew everything too.... thats what being a teen is all about ya know.

hope it was worth it.

I flame teens who juice not cause you took a shortcut (many people including myself have damn good genetics; pro boxers and tennis players in my family) which can be construed as a shortcut too.

I flame teens cause you did not research before you took a banned substance and over the long term hurt yourself to get short term gains. and I stand by my post, whoever gave/sold you juice at 16 should be thrown in jail.
