hey guys i wanna throw a pct question out there to get some opinions going:

how many guys dont do a pct and keep all( most) of their gains and it only takes them a week or two to get libido back?
(not dont do a pct because they never heard of it, but simply because they genetically dont need to do one, or maybe even have done one and it was worse then doing one)

or....

how many guys do a light pct with just some nolv or clomid for a week or two and then wait a week or two and then go back on...?


i know what the proper way is to do it. time on = time off. pct with clomid nolva maybe some trib and creatine and high cals... i just wanna know if there are people who are lucky enough to not need to do a heavy pct.

p.s. if you had blood tests to back up results that would be cool

take time off even if you don't need pct. your steroid receptors need to be cleared out from your cycle. if you go right on again then you will not get gains. it would be one thing if you just extended your cycle, but light pct and then going back on is a waste of gear.
 
i think PCT either makes/breakes your cycle. i know so many ppl that get jacked, put on 20lbs then lose 18lbs because they didnt do pct. personally i always do pct, i dont do clomid, and i've always kept more than 90% of my gains. last cycle i put on 18lbs and dropped my fat too and during pct i added another 4lbs, and still adding.

What did your PCT consist of? What as your cycle?lenght? doseages?

90% is unbelieveable bro, maybe it's just your genetics, but I'm still interested as to what you're doin. Also, hw long to stay off?
 
most of the time my pct will be nolva, trib, creatine, milk thistle (if i used orals), and sometimes NO2. I've ran deca, test, dbol, winny, my last cycle was an 8 weeker, dbol and winny(depot), I've ran deca at 400mgs/week, test 500mgs/week, the highest i've ran dbol is 50mgs/day. last cycle was d for 30mgs/day, and winny for 75mgs/day. im planning to stay off until january. i believe pretty much the same thing as most ppl: time on+pct=time off. o and my pct is usually 1 month. i also tend to eat more calories when i'm off, esspecially if i just ran a bulker. hope that helps bro.
