Good question - I am diligent with my PCT and the time on/time off theory. I just came of 11 weeks of Test, and do not plan on another cycle until after the new year. Sure I am tempted, but what are the goals? Strength, size, and health. I am not going back on just to be on and possibly fuck up my health.
I bounced back immediately libido-wise. It most certainly dropped for a few days, but never to a level that it would not work. Never needed viagra, even though I had in just in case. Now 23 days into PCT, it is completely back to normal.
My weight most certainly dropped, from 189 to 183, but I was holding a ton of water from the test. My socks were making big indents on my calves and shins from all the water I was holding in my legs. That is gone now, but I am still very strong and held gains fairly well - I would say 95% of strength and 70% of mass of what I was on cycle.
Once PCT started, I really started getting zits, and I am always fucking itchy after showering, but that will go away soon enough.
By the way, I used Clomid for 2 weeks and Nolva for 4 weeks, along with Trib and ZMA.
