Be careful when increasing band tension !!

Or you ll end up like me.
I used fairly heavy band tension, after months of not using them at all- and ended up with a sprained AC joint !!.
Now I cant train for a while and Im pretty screwed.
Im not blaming bands, rather my stupidity at thinking I could use them at a high tension after months of a layoff from them.

i think he meant he went from not using them at all to doing a very heavy band tension set.

sorry dude, i know how bad injury's suck. rest up and youll be fine!!!
