BCAA's??

Who supplements with BCAA's?

I am currently using them as an anti-catabolic during the day and also pre/post workout with seemingly good results.

But wanted to know from others if they are worth taking if I get enough protein from food and 1-2 shakes?

Any advise on BCAA's?

I'm with risky, when bulking you're getting enough everything, assuming you're diet's good. For cutting - free form aminos especially BCAA's and glutamine are good anti-catabolics.
 
If you are not on a restricted diet, you will find enough BCAA's and L-Glutamine in your regular protein powder
