Other than from what I read online I know absolutly jack about consuming protein and cardio, so I was wondering if taking BCAAs throughout a cardio session as opposed to taking them all at once would have any added benefit in retaining muscle mass. Currently do 45min at 60-70% mhr in morning on an empty stomach other than the BCAAs. Follow this with a protein shake immediatly after (~30g protein, 0carbs), and then breakfast an hour and a half later.
